These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Bet 247 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). By accessing Bet 247 or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read this document carefully before registering.

1General Terms & Conditions

2Account Registration

A valid personal account is required to use Bet 247's services. Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Bet 247 reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered with false or incorrect information.

Account Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being cancelled and any accumulated balances may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, and email used during registration must be your own.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (password) strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Bet 247 support immediately.
• Accounts cannot be created in the name of a company or organization.

3Age Verification

Bet 247 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Bet 247 may request valid proof of identity (national ID, passport, etc.) from any user for verification purposes at any time.

If a user registers with a false age and this is subsequently proven, all transactions on the account will be considered void and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

4Deposits & Payments

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in the same name used to create your Bet 247 account.
• Using another person's account or credit card to make a deposit is strictly prohibited.

5Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings at Bet 247 is simple and hassle-free. That said, there are rules that apply to all users and must be followed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

6Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Bets will not be accepted if there are insufficient funds in the account.

Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

• Exploiting bonuses through the use of multiple accounts.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Bet 247 regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions, which should be read before accepting.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new users once only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 5x to 20x).
• Some bonuses must be used within a specific time frame; otherwise, they will expire.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must be placed at odds equal to or greater than the minimum specified.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed twice. Any suspicious bonus claims will trigger an account review.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Bet 247 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system.
• Where there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Users can also request to close their own account at any time. Any eligible balance remaining in the account will be refunded.

9Responsible Gaming

Bet 247 firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all our users to bet responsibly.

• Deposit Limit Setting: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Break: You can take a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months whenever needed.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that betting is becoming a problem, you can self-exclude from the platform.
• Loss Limit: You can set a limit in advance on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
